NEW YORK, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Micky Hyman President and Chief
Operating Officer of Kaleidoscope Media Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: KMGG
and Frankfurt Stock Exchange: BNN) announced today that David Saperstein, best
selling author (Cocoon, Fatal Reunion, and Red Devil) as well as a noted
screenwriter with over 25 scripts to his credit, has become a creative advisor
to the Company. In addition to his broad background in many areas of "new

The first Saperstein project the Company will be developing is a four-hour

true story of innocent, young people caught up in the maelstrom of W.W.II, and
how they grew to become leaders of Polish resistance forces.
"We are extremely fortunate to have access to the creative talents, and
entertainment/media experience of Mr. Saperstein," stated Hyman. "The
acquisition of new and exciting programs is the key to KMG's growth plan and
we look forward to a fruitful working relationship with him."
Saperstein, whose latest project is a musical on its way to Broadway,
said, "The world of entertainment, and its distribution, is a rapidly changing
and international environment. I am delighted to team up with a company that
is aware, forward thinking, and has great growth potential."
