"We work hard to keep our premiums affordable because we understand the
costs of providing health care services are rising every day," said Richard M.

Blue Shield of Arizona. "We designed these plans to offer small business
owners a more affordable option with the same benefits and flexibility of our
 popular PPO products."
The plans feature copays for doctor office visits ranging from $25 to $30
if preferred providers are used, and prescription drugs copays as low as $10.
"Customers are looking for flexibility and freedom of choice in their
health insurance," Hannon said. "With BluePreferred you can choose any
doctor, including specialists, or select one of our 6,000 PPO doctors for
 extra savings."
