    TORONTO, April 23 /PRNewswire/ - Book4golf.com Corporation (CDNX:BFG),
the leading Internet-based, real-time, tee-time reservation systems in North
America, announced today it has signed an agreement with the Cities of
Minneapolis and St. Paul to provide its online tee time and call center
reservation services to Minneapolis' six golf courses and St. Paul's three
 courses.
The multi-year agreement provides complete telephone outsourcing and
online booking services for courses in both cities. The Book4golf.com call
center in Minneapolis will field all incoming tee time reservation calls and
allow golfers to make reservations through its online booking engine. The
combined annual rounds of golf for all nine courses are expected to exceed
450,000 rounds. First year Internet bookings from all courses are estimated at
 more than 60,000 rounds.
"We chose to partner will the leading tee time reservation provider in
the country because of the outstanding service delivery provided by the call
center and the comprehensive network of courses in this market," said Don
Siggelkow with the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board.
Mike Hahm, Special Services Manager, City of St. Paul added, "It's
imperative that golfers are able to easily access our tee times when it's
convenient for them, and that the system can interface with hotels, travel
agents, and other marketing partners to bring golfers to the City of St.
Paul's golf courses. Book4golf.com provides us with that capability."
"We are very pleased to have the Minneapolis and St. Paul courses as
customers," said Phil DeLeon, Co-Chairman and CEO Book4golf.com. "We have a
serious commitment to making our call center the best in the business and have
recently tripled the capacity and added state-of-the-art systems to reinforce
that commitment. We believe that fully outsourced call center services offer
excellent value to a golf course because of the ability to take calls out of
the pro shop allowing the golf professional to focus on customer service and
increased merchandise sales. Through the call center, a course can reinforce
the convenience of its online bookings service, which further reduces total
costs and provides additional convenience to the golfer. This is why we have
launched our call center product offering nationwide. We believe it reinforces
Book4golf.com's position as the leader in Internet-based tee time
 reservations."
The Book4golf.com Web portal allows golfers to reserve tee times anytime,
anywhere while also giving them access to course information and weather
forecasts. Golfers can also book golf travel packages online through
Book4golf.com Travel Vacations. Book4golf.com is proud to be recognized as the
Official Golf Reservation Provider of the PGA TOUR and SENIOR PGA TOUR and the
