Boston's Reebok CrossFit Back Bay Announces Major Expansion Project

New Olympic Weightlifting training, endurance curriculum, and accelerated metabolic conditioning classes expected for Q1 2014

BOSTON, Sept. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Today, Reebok CrossFit Back Bay announced a groundbreaking expansion project for its flagship 31 Saint James Avenue facility.

The project will consist of the construction of two state of the art classrooms, offices, and multiple spa quality locker rooms.  The new space will connect to the original facility with direct access to the Back Bay and Copley Square T stops.

When complete, Reebok CrossFit Back Bay will operate 6 classrooms in over 15,000 square feet of space that will also include 6 locker rooms, 25 shower spaces and 2 retail pro-shops.

Reebok CrossFit Back Bay Co-Founder Joshua Plosker also noted that the exciting development allows the firm to expand its existing programs by introducing intensive Olympic Weightlifting training, sport specific endurance curriculum, and accelerated 30-minute metabolic CrossFit conditioning classes.
