Bravo Networks' Kim Becker Promoted to Vice President, Public Relations

    JERICHO, N.Y., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Bravo Networks announced today the
 promotion of Kim Becker to Vice President of Public Relations.  The
 announcement was made today by Caroline Bock, Senior Vice President, Bravo
 Networks, Marketing/Public Relations.
     As Vice President, Public Relations, Bravo Networks, Kim Becker directs
 all consumer and trade Public Relations for Bravo Networks. Ms. Becker is
 responsible for the execution of public relations strategies that raise the
 networks' visibility in national trade and consumer press in support for
 national and local advertising, brand initiatives, trade marketing,
 programming and new business ventures.  She leads the company's 10-person
 public relations staff, which includes the company's viewer relations
 activities, and monitors all facets of operation for the department.

 to Senior Manager, Consumer Public Relations in 1997.  Prior to joining Bravo
 Networks, Ms. Becker served as Manager, Public Relations in the corporate
 headquarters of Barnes & Noble, Inc. She has also worked as a Senior Account
 Supervisor at Dan Klores Associates.
     During her tenure at Bravo, Ms. Becker was selected as a fellow of the
 cable industry's prestigious 2000-01 Betsy Magness Leadership Institute, which
 is run by Women in Telecommunications (WICT).  Additionally, while at Bravo,
 she completed the inaugural Graduate Media Management Program at New York's
 New School. Ms. Becker holds a B.A. in Dramatic Literature, Theater History
 and Cinema from New York University.  Ms. Becker is based out of the company's
 corporate headquarters in Jericho, New York and reports to Bock.
