BroadVision Names Rod McGeary to Board of Directors

(Nasdaq: BVSN), a global provider of personalized self-service web applications, today announced that Rod McGeary has joined the company's board of directors. McGeary has over 31 years of experience in the software industry. Most recently, he served as chairman and CEO of Brience, a mobile software company, from July 2000 to July 2002. From 1999 to 2000, he served as President and co- CEO of KPMG Consulting Inc. (now BearingPoint), where he led the spin-off from KPMG LLP. From 1993 to 1998, he was employed by KPMG LLP, most recently as vice chairman of Consulting. McGeary is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lehigh University. He is also on the board of Cisco Systems, BearingPoint, DigitalThink, and GRIC Communications.
