 Group Inc. announced today that Kok-Lung Wong, former Senior Vice President of
 the Investment Management & Technology Division with Putnam Investments and
 Algorithmics, has been named Vice President of Engineering for The Bulldog
 Group, Inc.  Reporting directly to Chris Strachan, Chief Executive Officer,
 Mr. Wong will immediate assume responsibilities for the overall organization
 and development of the company's digital product assembly and distribution
 software solution.  He will also manage and support the life cycle of Bulldog
 product releases through all phases of implementation.
     Bulldog, the current market leader in media asset management, is
 redefining the industry with the rollout of its digital product assembly and

 repository architecture that provides a source for the ingestion and

 client side which will enhance Bulldog's commitment to creating end-user and

     While at Algorithmics, Mr. Wong was instrumental in leading growth from
 start-up to maturity for his group.  During his tenure the team was
 responsible for the technical architecture, development, quality assurance,
 and delivery of the risk application product line.
     His experience includes positions held with Myriad Research Corporation,
 ISM Information Systems Management, IBM, Algorithmics and Putnam.  Mr. Wong
 holds a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Alberta and a
 Bachelors of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo and brings over
 12 years experience in the technology-development sector to his new position.
