 that the Cardiff LiquidForms(TM) Designer Trial Edition (TE) is now shipping
 with English, Windows(TM)-based versions of Adobe(R) Acrobat(R) 5.0 software.
 LiquidForms Designer is a component of the LiquidForms eForm Management
 System, an XML-based system that delivers "paperless forms" to government,
 academic and business organizations.
