     Carolina Logistics Services today announced the signing of a multi-year
 reverse logistics agreement under which Carolina Logistics Services will
 process all over-the-counter (OTC) product returns for CVS Pharmacy.
     CVS will benefit from improved data collection and product returns
 information with Carolina Logistics Services' new ASAP! Reverse Logistics
 Solution(TM) software.  "We are excited to be working with Carolina Logistics
