Turf Partnership Proves Profitable for Classic Golf Management

 CEC Properties, Inc., (OTC Bulletin Board:   CECI) announced today that Diamond
 Turf, a partnership of Classic Golf Management Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary
 of CEC Properties, Inc. is nearing completion on a contract for installation
 of turf for one of the country's premier golf courses.
     The contract valued at just under $500,000 required Diamond Turf to
 provide a combination of a variety of certified Tif Eagle and Tif Dwarf for
 the entire golf course.
     "Diamond Turf has been extremely busy fulfilling orders this past winter,"
 said President Milton Abell.  "Our certified Tif products are in high demand.
 Orders on the books currently amount to almost half the stock for the current
