CellStar to Carry Full Line of Ericsson Wireless Products in U.S.

 CellStar Corporation (Nasdaq:   CLST), a value-added wireless logistics services
 leader, today announced that the Company has reached an agreement with
 Ericsson's Consumer Products Division to provide logistics and warranty repair
 services for Ericsson's full line of wireless communications products and
 accessories throughout the United States.  CellStar will be authorized to
 provide products and service to all U.S. accounts not served directly by
 Ericsson.
