Centex HomeTeam Pest Management Announces Major Expansion

    DALLAS, April 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Centex HomeTeam Pest Management, a
 subsidiary of Centex HomeTeam Services, announced it has acquired Unified
 Services, Inc. of Atlanta, Ga. and Unified's subsidiaries.
     The acquisition expands Centex HomeTeam Pest Management's current
 nationwide operations to 32 offices and increases its customer base to over
 250,000 customers, placing Centex HomeTeam among the four largest pest control
 companies in the United States, based on revenue.  The purchase price of the
 transaction was not disclosed.
