 National Medical Health Card Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:   NMHC), a national
 independent Pharmacy Benefits Manager (PBM) offering comprehensive, patient
 and sponsored-centered pharmacy benefits management, today reported the
 addition of Christian R. Brickner, R.Ph., CDE to its professional staff.  He
 will serve as Clinical Services Manager.  Mr. Brickner, who has been a
 Certified Diabetes Educator for the past 12 years, is one of the few
 pharmacists nationwide with this important credential.  NMHC is in a distinct
 category as a PBM with a CDE on staff.

 for Diabetes Education at Island Medical Group, P.C. (Massapequa, NY), an
 American Diabetes Association-accredited teaching center.  While with The
 Center, Mr. Brickner served as the Chairman of its Advisory Board and assisted
 in the development of its educational program.  Mr. Brickner's professional
 background also includes a position as a Sales Representative with Eli Lilly
 and Company.
     Regarding his experience as a pharmacist, Mr. Brickner has served as a
 Clinical Pharmacist for Shore Pharmaceutical Provider, and as a Supervising
 Pharmacist with both Genovese Drug Stores and Pathmark Pharmacy.  His diabetes
 education experience includes his role teaching "The Core Curriculum's"
 diabetes management review course.  Additionally, he has served as a
 Continuing Education Lecturer for the New York City Pharmacists Society, and
 lecturer for various New York-based hospitals' diabetes clubs and nursing
 homes' in-services.  He is a member of the American Diabetes Association for

 Educators and the Metropolitan New York Association of Diabetes Educators.
     Mr. Brickner holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from St.
 John's College of Pharmacy and an Associates Degree in Biology from the State

 York and Virginia.
