 (OTC Bulletin Board:   CETA) has signed an agreement with Sears, Roebuck and Co.
 to open its first U.S. stores within 10 selected Sears department stores in
 California this summer.  Cetalon's Health Food Shops sell vitamins, minerals,
 supplements and health information technology.
     Cetalon recently announced the acquisition of 44 Sears Health Food and
 Fitness Shops in Canada from Claydan Enterprises, Inc.
