 technology, announced that Charles ("Charlie") Wuischpard has joined the
 company as Vice President, North American Sales. Prior to joining Versant, Mr.
 Wuischpard was Managing Director at Perficient, an IBM Premier Business
 Partner and leading Internet services firm specializing in enabling complex
 enterprise systems.  Mr. Wuischpard also was the national sales executive at
 IBM responsible for the Websphere, Visualage and MQ product lines and brings
 over 15 years of IBM experience in a variety of engineering, sales and sales
 management roles.
