TORONTO, Jan. 15, 2014 /CNW/ - After a six-week virtual showdown that attracted thousands of Canada's top triangular-shaped multi-level marketing minds in a winner-take-all challenge, Chelsea Middleton of Victoria, BC has become Canada's next Skittles® Millionaire.
By mastering the nuances of the Get Skittles rich program, Chelsea virtually-networked her way to winning a haul of one million real Skittles candies. That's equal to about 5,500 full-size bags of Skittles candies or enough to fill an average sized bedroom, if one were so inclined to try.
Secret of success revealed
While Chelsea has no background or formal education in triangular-shaped marketing programs, she attributes much of her success to embracing principles espoused by Danny Falcon and immersing herself in the world of virtual Skittles candy networking and using her social media sharing expertise.
"Danny always says don't be afraid of greatness," says Chelsea. "In my mind it was easy to think of Skittles richness as greatness. I just hope I can live up to the strong sense of character expected of a Skittles Millionaire."
Chelsea hasn't yet decided what do with her Skittles candy riches. "Naturally someone in my position would receive a lot of investment advice or would be encouraged to give away part of the winnings," says Chelsea. "I'm going to take some to think about my next move to ensure I can taste the rainbow for a long time."
About Get Skittles Rich
The Get Skittles Rich program ran from October 22nd to December 4th. To participate, Skittles Millionaire wannabes visited www.getskittlesrich.com to watch Danny Falcon's inspirational video and to register for the challenge.
Participants then shared the video, earning four virtual Skittles candy every time the video they shared was viewed. If those people then signed up for the program, the original entrant received eight virtual Skittles candies. For subsequent connections the initial sender earned six virtual Skittles candies. The person amassing the most virtual Skittles candies was the winner.
