 for hearing, vision and lead for three-to-five-year-old children at Detroit

     Why:  4C identified in a "Call to Action" Summit that good hearing and
 vision are fundamental to a child's ability to learn, and lead poisoning can
 cause serious learning disabilities.  4C wants to assure that all children
