HARTFORD, Conn., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- CIGNA Retirement & Investment
Services announced today that Kenneth H. Montgomery has been named senior
vice president of sales and business development.
In this role, Montgomery will head the division's sales organization,
overseeing strategic and tactical initiatives designed to promote profitable

advisory services, targeted education and communication and simple,
 hassle-free administration," he added.
Prior to joining CIGNA Retirement & Investment Services, Montgomery served
as president and chief executive officer of New York-based Prudential

participants is a winning proposition in today's marketplace -- and
tomorrow's," said Montgomery. "I look forward to lending my skills and talent
to the CIGNA Retirement & Investment Services team."
Montgomery received his BA from the University of Tennessee. He earned
