 generation of high-speed, image-based software, PayCourier Retail 2-Pass, at
 its credit card service operation centers in New Jersey and Las Vegas, BancTec
 announced today.  Citigroup will also install the latest version of BancTec's
 PayCourier Archive solution, which includes the capability to Web-enable
 Citigroup's customer service process for quick and easy access to the
 information needed to respond to customer inquiries.

 2-Pass at the BAI Transaction Processing 2001 Conference, here, at Booth #320.
