Conveniently located at 202 North Main Street, the office is led by Don Lancaster, a Senior Vice President and Market Executive. Joining Lancaster to complete the CCB team in Louisburg are Kathy Mullins, Universal Banker, and Mary Dickerson, Loan Officer Assistant. The new office will provide commercial and mortgage lending services.

A graduate of East Carolina University and the University of North Carolina's School of Banking, Lancaster is approaching thirty years of service to the banking industry in Franklin County, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of a locally-based, community bank. He is currently serving a third term on the Franklin County Board of Commissioners, serves as Chairman of the Franklin County Committee of 100, and sits on the Executive Board of Research Triangle Regional Development. Additionally, he is active in the Economic Development Commission, Franklin County Airport Board of Commissioners, Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, Miracle League Board of Directors, and the Parks and Recreation Commission. Don and his wife, Terry, reside in Youngsville.
Dickerson is native to the Franklin County and Louisburg areas, and brings over forty years of banking experience to the new CCB team in Louisburg. She has served in many capacities over the years, including bookkeeping and operations, customer service, and most recently served as a loan officer assistant and relationship banker for nine years. Dickerson served as Treasurer of Ransdell Chapel Baptist Church for ten years and for the Youngsville Area Business Associates for three years. She is also a passionate advocate of the Cystic Fibrosis Walk-a-Thon. She and her husband, Russell, reside in Louisburg.
Mullins was born and raised in Bunn, North Carolina, and has resided in Louisburg with her husband, Willie, for twenty-five years. She also touts a long-spanning career in banking, working in customer service positions for two financial institutions over the past twenty six years. She speaks fondly of the Louisburg community and surrounding areas, noting her pride in the growth and development of the area in recent years.
