 spill who filed a class action lawsuit today successfully obtained a court
 order to "arrest" the "Cosco Busan" and keep the vessel from leaving the

 Court, asking the Court to issue an order seizing the Vessel, and ordering
 the U.S. Marshalls to "arrest" the ship. "Under well established maritime

 involved in the oil spill does not leave the jurisdiction of the United
