at Cradle technologies as well as management positions with Chromatic Research
 and VLSI Technology.
At Cognigine, Andre will oversee all hardware development efforts. He
will capitalize on his proven track record and bring out industry leadership
products that will provide innovative solutions to Cognigine's system
customers. Andre will also aggressively drive new chip design methodologies
to accelerate the introduction of Cognigine products into the market.
"With the addition of these seasoned individuals, Cognigine is poised for
growth as it transforms its vision and innovative network processor
architecture into reality," said Kucharewski, President and CEO of Cognigne.
"Their combined experience complements our existing team and adds the skills
we need to scale Cognigine to a technology and a product power house."
Rupan Roy, Founder and Chairman of Cognigine will continue to be the Chief
Technical Officer where he will concentrate his efforts on architecture
