Commercial Lender Promoted to Vice President at Citizens Trust Bank

 promotion of Commercial Loan Officer Derek L. Grayson to Vice President in the
 Commercial Banking Division.  As recipient of the 2000 SBA Urban Lender of the
 Year award, the 79-year-old financial institution credits most of its success
 in underwriting SBA Loans and providing the community with greater
 opportunities for business growth and development to the dedicated efforts of
 Mr. Grayson.
