ROANOKE, Va., Aug. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Commonwealth Care of Roanoke (CCR) is pleased to welcome Jeannie Adams as our new Director of Legal Services. Jeannie most recently served CCR as Director at Hancock, Daniel, Johnson & Nagle, PC, a Richmond, Virginia law firm specializing in health law and representing health care providers before state and federal agencies. Hancock, Daniel, Johnson & Nagle represents CCR.

Jeannie brings significant experience and legal expertise to the CCR team. For more than twenty years, in addition to providing legal guidance, she has also assisted health care providers in business planning and development. She has contributed numerous articles to publications serving long-term care providers and served on the Editorial Advisory Board of the LTC-SIR Advisor, a publication of the American Health Lawyers Association. Jeannie also specializes in state and federal reporting requirements, Medicare certification, and other issues which affect companies like CCR.

Jeannie earned her law degree from the University of Arkansas and is admitted to practice before the Virginia Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Jeannie is active in numerous law and health care organizations, as well as civic, school, and faith-based groups.
