ATLANTA, April 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Composit Communications USA announced
today that it has renewed a joint marketing agreement with Kronos Inc., the
leading provider of frontline labor management solutions. Under terms of the
agreement Kronos will recommend Composit's ML/400 Interactive Voice Response
(IVR) system to Kronos iSeries Central Suite and Kronos e-Central customers
who are interested in using IVR to interact with Kronos applications. This
represents a renewal of a relationship originally established in 2000 between
Kronos and Missing Link, a company which has since become part of Composit.
"This relationship brings together the respective leaders in our fields.
With ML/400, Kronos iSeries Central and Kronos e-Central customers have not
only a voice response solution that provides a flexible and robust
environment, but also one that allows Kronos to maintain control of the
programming to better service their customers' needs," said Dan Davis, vice
president and general manager of Composit's U.S. Business Unit.
Kronos offers a complete suite of frontline labor management solutions
that helps organizations to plan, track and analyze employee work-related data
and transform that valuable data into information that can be used to improve

education, distribution and transportation, government and hospitality.
Composit Communications, with its U.S. headquarters in the Atlanta area,
develops, distributes and maintains telephony and customer interaction
 management (CIM) solutions.
"Since our founding in 1977, everything about the workplace has changed --
where people work, how they work and what they do. So too have Kronos
solutions, which enable organizations to track a widely diverse workforce,"
said Barry Moore, Kronos vice president and iSeries business division manager.
"As a technology leader, we continually embrace new technologies that make
labor data collection and analysis simple for employees and frontline
managers. Composit's ML/400 - IVR system is just one example of a solution
that enables organizations to accurately capture work-related data from remote
and mobile employees. We're pleased to renew our relationship with Composit."
Through ML/400, Kronos iSeries and Kronos e-Central customers use the
telephone to perform various time and attendance functions such as reporting
time, transferring hours between departments and cost centers, and billing
time to jobs and projects. The system also supports a wide variety of
