Concur Sharpens Its Focus on Corporate Expense Management; MBH Solutions

 Concur Technologies, Inc. (Nasdaq:   CNQR), the leading provider of Corporate
 Expense Management solutions, today announced that it has sold its Human
 Resources Products division to MBH Solutions, Inc. (formerly MBH Consulting,
 Inc.), a leading workforce management firm with expertise in developing and
 deploying Human Resources solutions.  The move further sharpens Concur's focus
 on Corporate Expense Management and achieving profitability, while placing its
 Human Resources business in the hands of an experienced provider of
 HR solutions.  The sale of this business and related restructuring initiatives
 will result in an estimated charge of between ($0.02) to ($0.03) per share in
 the March quarter.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
