 have signed a non-exclusive sales and marketing partnership agreement.
     The agreement allows CORE and Magellan to offer clients a combination of
 employee assistance program (EAP) services and disability management services.
 The combined product offering includes features such as the management of
 short-term disability, long-term disability, family and medical leave, EAP
 services, workplace support services, counseling for substance abuse and
 absenteeism, and facilitated return to work programs for medical and
 behavioral disabilities.  The programs offered by CORE and Magellan can be
 provided in concert with an organization's EAP or disability management
 program, or independently.
