 (Nasdaq:   COCO) said today that it will release results of operations for its
 third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2001 after the close of market on
 Thursday, April 26, 2001.  The company also said that David G. Moore,
 president and chief executive officer, and Dennis Beal, executive
 vice-president and chief financial officer, will host an investor conference
 call the next day, Friday, April 27, 2001, at 8:00 a.m., Pacific Time, to
 review the company's results of operations for the third fiscal quarter.
