commercial, intellectual property and insurance litigation practice.

practice on corporate and securities transactions, including public offerings
and venture capital financings, and on a variety of tax matters, including tax

The five new attorneys, along with an experienced support staff, have
bolstered the existing core of experienced practitioners in the firm's Denver
office, including former U.S. Senator Gary Hart, partner John St. Clair,
Catherine Sparkman and Ben Huber. With the new additions, the practice areas
for the Denver office of Coudert Brothers now cover a broad variety of
litigation and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions,
venture capital financings, public and private offerings of securities, and
complex commercial transactions, particularly those involving intellectual
property, telecommunications and other high technology companies, or
 international transactions and investments.
Senator Hart will continue to use the Denver office as a base for his
extensive travel around the world on behalf of a broad range of Coudert
Brothers clients. He will also continue to pursue his longstanding interest
in domestic and international political and economic affairs. With the
expansion of Coudert's Denver office, Senator Hart hopes to increase the
utilization of Coudert's global capabilities by Colorado businesses.
"Coudert Brothers is already well known as one of the preeminent
international law firms in the world," said Lee Terry. "Our objective here in
Denver is to leverage the local strength of the office with the global reach
