CSC Awarded $60 Million Contract in Alliance With Lexington Services For SPIRIT(TM) Hotel Reservations System

 (NYSE:   CSC) today announced that it has been awarded a $60 million contact
 under an alliance with Lexington Services, a subsidiary of Travel Services
 International, Inc.  Under the 10-year agreement, CSC will enhance and support
 the SPIRIT(TM) Hotel Reservations System (SPIRIT), adding features such as
 Internet connectivity, property management and accounting interfaces, and
 enhanced reporting capabilities.
     The system, operated by CSC, will be used by Lexington to support its
 4,000 member hotels as well as other hotels and hotel chains in an application
 service provider model.  Lexington Services is the largest provider of global
 hotel reservations in North America and second largest in the world.  CSC will
 provide Lexington with system development, systems integration, technical
 support, and network infrastructure and data communications services.
     The SPIRIT system, powered by CSC services, is a proven high-availability
 reservations system with millions of successfully processed transactions.
 Lexington's extensive resources, combined with CSC's technological
 capabilities, will enable Lexington to apply innovative solutions in the
 development of hotel central reservations offerings in the future.
