 (NYSE:   CSC) has signed a seven-year, $200 million information technology (IT)
 outsourcing contract with Saint Vincent Catholic Medical Centers of New York
 (SVCMC) to develop its information systems capabilities and to enable it to
 take advantage of emerging technology.
     Under the terms of the agreement, CSC will manage SVCMC's business and
 clinical information systems, including telecommunications, legacy software
 applications, mainframe and midrange computers, 5,500 desktop computers and
 help-desk operations.  Approximately 140 IT professional positions in
 locations throughout the New York metropolitan area will transfer to CSC.
     CSC also signed a three-year agreement with Superior Consultant Company
 (Nasdaq:   SUPC), to develop and deliver a new suite of unified applications to
 support SVCMC's Patient Management, Patient Accounting, General Financial and
 Human Resources capabilities.
     SVCMC was formed in August 2000 as a result of a full asset merger of the
 Catholic Medical Centers of Brooklyn and Queens; Saint Vincents Hospital and
 Medical Center in Manhattan and Westchester County; and the Sisters of Charity
 Healthcare of Staten Island.  One of the largest Catholic healthcare systems
 in the Northeast, SVCMC has annual revenues of over $1.5 billion.  It includes
 13,000 employees, eight hospitals and outpatient services throughout Brooklyn,
