CWG, an industry-oriented recycler of wireless handsets, has implemented new leadership teams, and a revised organizational structure, in order to support growth through key initiatives that include optimized operations and service expansion.

Mr. Meigh will join CWG's four founding partners in Executive Leadership, and lead the company's Senior Management and Senior Operations Management. The following are also new appointments to the company's restructured management teams:
- Lynn Bond as Vice President of Global Operations. Mr. Bond will work closely with Rich Meigh on all aspects of operational strategy and lead the Global Operations Management team.
- Charles Taylor as Vice President of Operations-NY. Mr. Taylor will oversee New York operations, play a key role in external service programs (e.g. auction platforms, kitting & fulfillment services, etc.), and support sales to RCA and MVNO channels.
- Matt Barnes as Director of Global Operations. In this newly appointed and core role, Mr. Barnes will work with Lynn Bond to increase operational efficiencies and support new lines of business.
- Tom Dati as Executive Director Project Management. Mr. Dati is a certified Project Manager (PMP), who will focus on advancing and facilitating new client contract opportunities.
