 order from a major Korean semiconductor manufacturer for the company's newly
 introduced CymerOnLine(TM) -- the industry's first lithography light
 source-specific, e-diagnostics and performance monitoring software for near
 real-time, remote analysis and support of the company's global installed base
 of light sources.  The dollar amount and terms of the order were not
 disclosed.  Company officials report that initially this software will be used
 to monitor Cymer's light sources installed within the customer's newest and
 most advanced facility.
