Neil Beck Joins Atlanta-Based Team as CEO Americas

 Datalex (Nasdaq:   DLEX) (ISE: DLE), a leading provider of e-Business solutions
 for the global travel and transportation industry, announced today the
 appointment of Neil Beck as chief executive officer for Datalex Communications
 USA, Inc.
     Mr. Beck joins Datalex's Americas operation from Worldspan, where he held
 the position of senior vice president for Worldwide Products.

 interface between business units and development/technology units.  He was
 instrumental in determining Worldspan's global strategy including product
 plans, product innovation and strategic product direction based upon corporate
