 at Bally Total Fitness Corporation to leading yesmail.com, inc., to a highly
 successful IPO, David Tolmie is an acclaimed venture capitalist, entrepreneur
 and technology expert.  Now, Tolmie, currently a partner of the Edgewater
 Funds, joins the board of directors for CultureWorx, a software company that
 combines behavior science with the latest technology to provide an operating
 system for human behavior.
     Tolmie, who recently joined Edgewater Funds, brings a rich tapestry of
 careers in finance, sales, marketing and technology to the table.  Recently,
 he served as president and CEO of yesmail.com, inc., an Internet marketing
 services provider.  Under his direction, yesmail emerged as a leader in its
 industry and was sold for $720 million.  Prior to that, Tolmie held the
 position of CEO-in-residence at Platinum Ventures Partners, where he led and
 participated in the firm's e-Commerce and Internet marketing service venture
 investments.
     Before PVP, Tolmie was senior vice president of operations for Bally Total
 Fitness Corporation, maintaining responsibility for the company's $650 MM
 annual revenue and 13,000-person sales and operations workforce.  Tolmie
 helped the company achieve the number one market share position in the health
 and fitness industry and pioneered programs in sales management, new product
 development, and organizational restructuring.  Prior to Bally, Tolmie was a
 consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York City.
     Tolmie is also an active participant and sought-after expert in the
 Chicago technology scene, active in the Young President's Organization and the
 Chicago Mayor's Council of Technology Advisors.  He has been named one of
