Delta Air Lines Names Debbie Siek Vice President - Reservations Sales

    ATLANTA, April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Delta Air Lines (NYSE:   DAL) has named
 Debbie Siek vice president-Reservation Sales, replacing Harlan Bennett, who is
 now vice president-Revenue Management.  She has served as acting vice
 president of Reservation Sales for the past six months.
     In her new position, Siek is responsible for 11,000 employees worldwide
 and $1.9 billion in annual revenue.  She oversees Delta's reservations
 operations and global reservations strategy for the United States, Europe,
 Latin America and Asia.
     A native of Fort Worth, Siek joined Delta in 1988 and has held a number of
 management positions, including managing director-Reservation Sales, regional
 director-Reservation Sales and system manager-City Ticket Offices.  In her
 role as managing director, Debbie oversaw the day-to-day operations of the
 North America Reservation Sales offices, including sales performance, customer
 service, operational integrity and personnel development.
     Siek serves on the Board of Directors of the International Association of
 Reservations Executives.
     Before joining Delta, she worked in the commercial real estate industry
 for 12 years.  She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the
 Texas Association of Realtors, and former officer of the Fort Worth Women's
 Council of Realtors.
     Siek is the daughter of Nelda R. Hobbs of Ft. Worth.
