 today that top-ranked analyst Karim Zia has joined its U.S. equity research
 team as a senior equity analyst to cover the U.S. cable and satellite sector.
 Zia joins from Credit Suisse First Boston, where he covered the cable and
 satellite and interactive TV sectors.
