Dialog Establishes New Team Focusing on Information Professional Market Development

 (TSE: TOC), today announced the establishment of its Information Professional
 Market Development team.  This group will coordinate and champion all Dialog
 programming to the information professional and librarian marketplace on a
 worldwide basis.
     In conjunction, Libby Trudell has been named senior vice president,
 Information Professional Market Development.  She has more than 25 years of
 experience in the information industry, and was most recently senior vice
 president of strategic development within Dialog.

 Betty Jo Hibberd, who formerly managed the distance-learning program at Drexel

 programs for librarians.

 the re-launched Quantum2 professional development program; support ongoing
 high-level contacts with library associations, including the Special Libraries
 Association (SLA); enrich Dialog educational programs at library schools; and
