Dialog Semiconductor Launches New Operation in Japan

 Dialog Semiconductor Plc (Neuer Markt: DLG, Nasdaq & Easdaq: DLGS) -- a
 developer and supplier of Mixed Signal ASICs (Application Specific Integrated
 Circuits) to the mobile telecommunications industry -- announces the opening
 of its Japanese operation in Tokyo.  The establishment of this new office with
 sales and marketing as well as design and development demonstrates the
 commitment of the company to build up a local operation to support new
 products currently in development for new Japanese customers.  With the first
 design centre in Japan Dialog Semiconductor strengthens its presence in Asia,
 besides Europe the company's most important market for its products and
