 Corporation to provide integrated small business services on Compaq's recently
 launched Net Solutions for Business site.  Net Solutions for Business is a
 primary component of a range of products, services, and solutions from Compaq
 tailored toward the small and growing business.
     The Net Solutions for Business site includes web-based services
 (eServices) to help small businesses increase their sales through e-commerce
 activities and run the routine tasks of a growing business.  Examples of the
 integrated eServices provided by DigitalWork include: developing direct mail
 campaigns, creating print and banner ads, submitting URL's to search engines,
 writing press releases, recruiting tools, obtaining credit reports and debt
