Dilenschneider Group Names Julia King to Business Development Post

    NEW YORK, April 5 /PRNewswire/ -- The Dilenschneider Group, a global
 corporate communication and counseling firm, today announced the appointment
 of Julia Alexander King as a principal specializing in business development.
     Commenting on the appointment, Robert L. Dilenschneider, chairman of the
 firm, said, "Julia King has long been a recognized rain-maker in numerous
 areas of business.  We believe she will open many doors for the company to
 expand its operations and are delighted that she has agreed to join us."
     Ms. King, with extensive experience in the business development sector,
 established one of the first legal search firms in the country, Legal
 Placements, Inc. From its start in 1981, it quickly grew into a
 multi-million-dollar business, placing attorneys with major law firms and
 in-house legal department of large corporations across the country.
     Subsequently, she undertook business development activities for, among
 others, a fast growing litigation-support company.  The client base included
 such blue-chip clients as CIGNA, Jackson National Life Insurance, Lyondell
 Chemical, Compaq Computers, and The New York Times Company.
     In related areas, Ms. King has been a successful political and
 philanthropic fund-raiser, serving on a number of boards, including the
 Alzheimer Association and the Community Coalition, among others.  She produced
 specials for NBC and the Hollywood-based Brillstein/Grey Production Company.
     The Dilenschneider Group's newest principal is also a platform personality
