 ownership of OpinionWare ( www.opinionware.com ), a software company
 transforming the way businesses build loyalty by engaging customers, employees

     OpinionWare, which previously was majority-owned by divine, provides an
 important collaboration and opinion-gathering component to divine's enterprise
 interaction management solution.  divine provides Web-based software
