 Lindsey Burroughs President and CEO of Doctor Goodwell, the leading provider
 of integrated Internet-based health information and medical services.
 Burroughs is responsible for all functions of the Redmond, Washington-based
 company that created the virtual doctor visit and is the first to link
 knowledge workers with their personal physicians.

     Burroughs has wide-ranging experience in wireless and telecommunications
 technology.  She most recently served as President-San Diego and Hawaii for
 GTE Wireless, a nationwide wireless telecommunications provider.  In that
 position, she was responsible for all operations and had complete
 responsibility for financial and operational success.
     Burroughs began her GTE career in 1988 as Manager of Regulatory Affairs in
 Washington, DC, where she was later promoted to Director.  In 1991, she moved
 to Houston, Texas where she was given expanded responsibilities as
 Director-Regulatory and Legislative Affairs.  She continued to hold that
 position after GTE Mobilnet's merger with Contel Cellular and moved to new
 headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia.  Burroughs was then promoted in 1994 to
 General Manger for GTE Wireless' Middle Tennessee markets, where she was
 responsible for all wireless operations in five markets based in Nashville,
 Tennessee.  In 1996, she was promoted to Assistant Vice President-Marketing
 Communications in Atlanta, Georgia and was responsible for GTE Wireless'
 advertising and marketing communications.  Following that assignment, she
 became Vice President-Program Management in Atlanta, where she was responsible
 for redesigning all aspects of GTE Wireless' domestic US operations.
     Her prior experience includes positions with the Anchorage Telephone
 Utility in Anchorage, Alaska, the Washington State Utilities and
 Transportation Commission in Olympia, Washington, Bogle & Gates law firm and
 Idaho's Department of Health.
     Burroughs holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech and hearing science
 and a Master of Public Administration degree with an emphasis on budget and
 finance, both from the University of Washington.
