    DALLAS, April 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Docucorp(R) (Nasdaq: DOCC), a leading
provider of enterprise information solutions, today announced that Fireman's
Fund Insurance Company, a member of the Allianz Group, one of the largest
property and casualty insurers in the world, licensed Docucorp's claims
correspondence solution. Fireman's Fund, a Docucorp customer since 1984, will
use the new solution to support an initiative within its Claims Division to
 improve customer communication.
"We found Docucorp to be a natural choice for our Claims Division," said
Paul Anderson, vice president of claims business process and information,
Fireman's Fund. "Their solution will enable us to gain efficiencies within
the current system, and to improve our staff's speed and professionalism when
communicating with our customers. Our claims professionals will be able to
use pre-formatted templates to create customized documents and distribute them
based on customer preference, either by e-mail, fax or print. We will store,
retrieve and view the correspondence via a browser, eliminating unnecessary
 paper."
"Fireman's Fund claims correspondence can now be created, personalized,
managed, and presented to both internal and external audiences at minimal
expense and with considerable savings in time," said William D. Barry, senior
vice president of sales and marketing, Docucorp. "This solution will reduce
the time it takes to search for previous correspondence or to update ongoing
contact with a customer, enabling Fireman's Fund representatives to spend more
time actually working with the customer."
