    DALLAS, April 25 /PRNewswire Interactive News Release/ --
Docucorp(R) (Nasdaq: DOCC), a leading provider of enterprise information
solutions, reaffirmed its strong commitment to the European market by
appointing Tracey M. Robinson as managing director of its European operations.
Drawing upon an outstanding managerial and sales background in the high-tech
industry, Robinson will drive Docucorp's strategic positioning in Europe and
identify new opportunities for expansion and growth.
"Tracey's extensive expertise in design engineering and sales leadership
and management, coupled with her entrepreneurial zeal, make her a tremendous
addition to our management team," said Michael D. Andereck, president and
chief executive officer, Docucorp. "Europe offers tremendous growth potential
for Docucorp, and we believe Tracey's unique background and experience will
enable us to increase our presence in Europe and develop stronger
relationships with both new and existing customers."
Robinson joins Docucorp from CADHouse Systems Ltd., a distributor and
professional services organization in the Computer Automated Design (CAD) and
Electronic Document Management (EDM) software market, where she was managing
director. She led the company's growth from a start-up position, and was
fully responsible for sales, staff recruitment and management, systems
implementation and profit and loss of the organization. Robinson was
influential in CADHouse Systems' 1998 merger with two other software
companies, resulting in the formation of Meta4 Systems Ltd. As sales director
for the newly formed Meta4 Systems, Robinson helped lead the organization.
Prior to CADHouse Systems/Meta4 Systems, Robinson held sales management,
sales and engineering positions with Intergraph UK Ltd., Engineering Computer
Systems (ECS) Ltd., EGO Products Ltd., and Chadburn Engineering Ltd. In 1988,
Robinson was nominated by Cosmopolitan Magazine as one of the top 100 female
professionals in the UK, and in 1999 was nominated as one of the "42 under 42
 Northwest Entrepreneurs."
"Docucorp has a great opportunity to expand its presence in Europe," said
Robinson. "I look forward to driving this effort and helping make Docucorp
the leader in the European electronic document management market."
