 Profit Systems, Inc. announced today that they have formally launched their
 ISO (Independent Sales Organization) program via cross selling DrBenefits
 products and services through PSI's sales channels and current clients.  PSI
 has over 100 independent sales representatives nationwide and has plans to
 increase this number substantially in the coming months.  This sales force
 expansion will maximize penetration of the market with the DrBenefits suite of
