 Internet health and wellness network, announced that, effective immediately,
 the two companies will jointly create an online sexual health center.
     According to the agreement, SexHealth.com, ConnectivCorp's comprehensive
 online sexual health site, will provide in-depth and regularly updated content
 for the center, which will be hosted by drkoop.com.  The center will be
 co-branded to SexHealth.com and drkoop.com with appropriate logos and slogans.
     This collaboration brings together online for the first time the expert
 counsel of two former U.S. Surgeon Generals, Dr. C. Everett Koop of drkoop.com
 and Dr. Joycelyn Elders, who serves on the medical advisory board of
 SexHealth.com.
     The center's content will include a mix of news and information on most
 major sexual health topics including reproductive health, sexuality and
