via various media restore options, including over the Internet, and, once
archived, such data is sent offsite for secure storage to one of the hardened

their critical applications are protected through real-time computer server
back-up and "always on" business-class DSL connections."

base of customers, and to offer it as a packaged solution, in combination with
its DSL service, to new customers commencing on or about May 1, 2001.

our portfolio of value-added services for our customers. These services
further cement our customer relationships and serve to add to the existing and
potential revenue that we derive from our customer base."
"Our partnership with DSL.net represents the blending of two
customer-focused organizations dedicated to serving the needs of small- and
medium-sized businesses," said Mr. John Butler, chief executive officer of
LiveVault Corp." By leveraging the power of our on-line back-up service with
DSL.net's always-on network, and Iron Mountain's secure data centers we can
now give small- and medium-sized businesses nationwide peace of mind that
their critical data is safe, accurate and readily available whenever needed."
