 VitalLink(SM) Business Systems, Inc., a leading vertical service provider of

 the terms of the agreement, VitalLink will provide DSL.net's high-speed DSL
 lines equipped with its family of Internet-based, real-time application
 services.  VitalLink is initially targeting business owners in the restaurant,
