Duke/Fluor Daniel Awarded Contract for Ohio Power Plant

    CHARLOTTE, N.C., April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Duke/Fluor Daniel has been
 awarded a contract by PSEG Power L.L.C. to perform engineering, procurement
 and construction (EPC) services for the Waterford Energy Facility, a nominal
 865-megawatt, natural gas-fuled, combined-cycle merchant power plant in
 Waterford Township, Ohio.
     Duke/Fluor Daniel will provide a full scope of services, including
 engineering, procurement, construction, start-up, plant commissioning and
 training. Commercial operation of the combined- cycle plant is scheduled for
 May 2003.
